Crystal DeVone—professionally known as C. DeVone (also known as Rosé DeVone)—is an internationally sought-after DJ, cultural curator, and experience producer specializing in luxury experiences, wine & spirits, and cultural storytelling. She is the creator and founder of But, Is There Wine?!, a signature experiential platform that blends music, wine, and community into elevated, culture-forward moments.

A New York City native, C. DeVone has collaborated with and been featured alongside Tyler Perry Studios, Revolt TV, Curlfest, Afropunk, Google, YouTube, WeTV, Bravo, L’Oréal, and Louis Vuitton, among others. Her refined musical sensibility and brand fluency have made her a trusted creative partner for luxury activations, private events, and mega-brand experiences.

Her creative foundation began in the South Bronx and was shaped at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art, followed by a degree in Radio, Television & Film from Howard University. This multidisciplinary background allows her to seamlessly connect sound, storytelling, and brand strategy across live events, podcasts, and experiential marketing.

Following the pandemic, C. DeVone expanded her impact as a producer, speaker, and brand ambassador, creating culturally resonant projects that amplify Black voices, wellness, and women’s narratives. Her production credits include Music, Men & My Mental, Versed: The ASCAP Podcast, Go Off, Sis (Refinery29/Vice Media), Positively Gam, and Pretty Big Deal with Ashley Graham.

Today, splitting her time between New York City and Atlanta, C. DeVone performs internationally as a luxury DJ, curates wine-driven experiences through But, Is There Wine?!, and partners with global brands as a speaker and ambassador, creating moments where culture, connection, and celebration meet—always with intention, and often with a glass in hand.
